Adult ADHD Skills & Management Program

A 6-Week Online Program with Individual Therapy + Group Support

Starts: Week of August 20, 2025
Ends: September 28, 2025

This 6-week program is designed for adults with ADHD who want to stop just understanding their challenges and start managing them more effectively. You’ll get one-on-one therapy, small-group support, and practical tools to apply in real life — without judgment, overwhelm, or unrealistic expectations.


Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or struggling for years, this program gives you a flexible structure to build self-trust, improve follow-through, and get out of your own way.

What’s Included:

  • 6 individual therapy sessions (50 min each)
  • Weekly 90-minute group sessions for education and connection
  • Client workbook filled with ADHD-friendly strategies
  • Optional follow-up group in October to check in and stay supported
  • Led by a licensed psychologist certified in ADHD treatment

You’ll Learn To:

  • Break the cycle of procrastination — and get started on things that matter
  • Manage time, distraction, and overwhelm — using tools that match your brain
  • Handle emotions without shutting down or overreacting
  • Shift from harsh self-talk to realistic, supportive thinking
  • Build structure and follow through — even when motivation is low
  • Recognize and use your ADHD-specific strengths

How the Program Works:

Each week, you’ll:

  • Attend one private therapy session (scheduled on Wed, Fri, Sat, or Sun)
  • Join one 90-minute group session (choose your preferred time below)


Group time options:
• Wednesdays at 3:30–5:00 PM PT
• OR Wednesdays at 5:30–7:00 PM PT

We’ll finalize the group time based on participant availability.


Time commitment: about 2.5 hours per week

Cost and enrollment:

Total cost: $1,650
Includes all sessions, materials, and support
Payment plans available (e.g., 3 payments of $550)

How to Join

Step 1: Book a free 15-minute phone consult
Ask questions, explore fit, and get scheduling info


Step 2: Complete a 50-minute intake session – $150
Covers your clinical intake + program orientation
(Applied to full fee if you enroll)

Who This Is For:

This program is for adults (18+) with ADHD or ADHD traits who are ready to learn, apply, and get support. You do notneed a formal diagnosis to join — just a willingness to show up and try.


It’s especially helpful if you:

  • Have trouble following through even when you care
  • Feel like you “know what to do” but can’t make it stick
  • Are tired of doing it all alone
  • Want a program that respects your strengths and your struggles

FAQs

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?
No — many participants are self-identified or exploring ADHD. If you resonate with the struggles we’re addressing, you’re welcome.


What if I miss a group session?
We understand life happens. You’ll still have access to tools and individual support, and we’ll offer a quick recap when possible.


Is this therapy or coaching?
This is a clinical program offered by a licensed psychologist. It includes both therapy and structured psychoeducation, grounded in CBT and ACT for ADHD.


Can I use insurance?
This program is private pay. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can request a superbill for individual sessions.
