Healing starts with understanding

When you're stuck in pain, it can be hard to imagine life improving. But there is hope, and healing from trauma is possible. 


Here’s the truth: 


While suffering may not always be a choice, you can choose how to respond to it. 


If suffering has been a part of your life for a while, it may feel familiar, even comforting. However, through psychological education, you can learn the tools to choose a different path. And if it’s not the right path, you can always change direction. 


Suffering will always be a part of life, but you don’t have to stay stuck in it.
