Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming — like your brain is always running but stuck at the same time.
This group breaks ADHD down into its core challenges and teaches you practical, evidence-based tools to manage them one step at a time.
Each week includes psychoeducation, guided skill practice, and take-home tools to help you build practical strategies, reduce shame, and support your ADHD brain.
Understand how ADHD affects your brain, reduce shame, and begin building self-compassion.
Learn strategies to calm big emotions and ground yourself when overwhelmed.
Shift negative self-talk, spark internal motivation, and connect to your values.
Make time visible, break tasks down, and follow through more consistently.
Turn intentions into action with supportive planning tools and routines.
Break the freeze, start hard tasks, and manage overwhelm.
Strengthen your mental “sticky notes” and keep track of what matters.
Build resilience to criticism, reduce self-criticism, and feel safer showing up as yourself.
By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a personalized ADHD skills toolbox to support you far beyond these 8 weeks.
