Maybe you were quiet and daydreamy rather than disruptive, or structure and support helped you compensate. Perhaps your struggles were blamed on anxiety, depression, or not trying hard enough. 

Many adults first consider ADHD when work, relationships, or parenting become harder to manage—or after recognizing themselves in their child’s diagnosis.

A comprehensive evaluation looks at your current concerns, developmental history, and other factors that may resemble or complicate ADHD.

*Review of relevant records

*Standardized ADHD measures and other testing, as appropriate

*Input from someone who knows you well, when available

*Written report with findings and recommendations

*Feedback session to review your results and next steps
